Customer Service Advisor Reward:
$14 - $16 per hour
Monthly incentive up to $300.00
Mon - Fri hours (8am - 5pm Service Department Hours)

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Prepare and process any and all customer requests for service appointments by phone or in person.
Request verification of quality of service performed by follow-up phone calls to customers.
Provide assistance to customers with inquiries and complaints; answer customer complaints regarding improper or unperformed services.
Identify customer service problems and conduct research; prepare work and other necessary items for the Service Management to resolve.
Team with other branch team members to resolve customer service related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Answer phone calls and seek to resolve or refer to the appropriate department.
Provide general information on Service Department policies and procedures as required.
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
Retail automotive, dealership, independent automotive service or related automotive work experience
Valid driver’s license
Skills needed to succeed as Customer Service Advisor: customer focused, detail oriented, good verbal & written communication, able to multi-task & prioritize, organized & dependable
Good computer and typing skills
